Includes renovation of three buildings and one new construction with HVAC, underfloor heating, solar-powered DHW, low/high voltage networks, emergency generator, voice and data, SCADA system, and fire and lightning protection. Power: 1,000 kW thermal, 200 kW cooling, 150 kVA emergency.
