Description
Construction of the new Echevarne Corporate Building that will house a new laboratory, offices, warehouse and parking in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona). The scope of facilities includes: sanitation, plumbing, domestic hot water, electricity (MT / BT, photovoltaic, etc.), natural gas, air conditioning, ventilations specific voice, data, IP TV and telephony, detection and fire protection, CCTV , access control, BMS, water treatment (purification, decalcification, deionization, osmosis, rainwater filtering), technical gases, clean rooms, industrial heat and cold, irrigation, etc.
